Yes. Package prices cover delivery, setup and pickup anywhere in the Houston area. If your event is well outside the city we'll note any travel difference in your quote before you commit.

Two to four weeks is comfortable for most dates. Spring weekends and holidays book out faster, so reach out as early as you can — we'll tell you straight away if your date is open.

Grass is easiest, but we also set up on concrete, pavers and gravel using weighted bases instead of stakes. Mention the surface in your request so we bring the right anchoring.

Yes — adding chairs, tables or upgrading the tent is usually no problem up to a few days before your event, subject to availability. Just call or email us.

The listed prices are real day rates and what your estimate is built from. Your quote confirms the total with taxes and any extras, so there are no surprises on the day.
