A flat delivery fee either overcharges the house ten minutes away or undercharges the one in Katy with a gate the truck cannot clear.
So we price it once we know where you are, how far the truck parks from the spot and what the ground is like — instead of burying an average in the headline number and calling it included.
Everything else on this page is in the package quote. No deposit line, no fuel line, no surprise at the end.
